Join us at Bent Northrop Memorial Library on Thursday, Feb. 9th at 6pm, for this months "Food for Thought", a monthly program that focuses on food! This month, we will be talking about delicious homemade soups! Join Bridget Howrigan Rivet to explore the variety and beauty of soup! Bridget will share one of her favorite and most versatile recipes; discuss layering flavors, substitutions of ingredients and push our imagination. Yes, samples will be provided.
