Hello Everyone! Our Pasta CSA pickups begin this Friday, Feb. 3rd!
Our Pasta CSA includes 4 servings of pasta plus one loaf of bread, once a week, for 4 weeks. Membership is $95.
A different type of pasta is made every Friday. Each traditional pasta comes from a different location in Italy and is hand made using organic flour and artisanal techniques from your Agricola farmers. You may also purchase additional pasta servings at $18 per serving (this will give you 1 additional serving per week for the full 4 weeks). If you do not eat your pasta within 3 days, just freeze and it keeps quite well!
Our bread is made using natural yeast and local white wheat flour. We prepare a soft loaf with a thin crust using long fermentation (12+ hrs).
You may purchase additional loaves of bread by request for $6.50 each.
