Immigration Rights Information Session

Past event
Feb 2, 2017, 6 to 7:30 PM

Neighbors, please share this information widely. Particularly with any immigrants you know:

Are you worried about the effect of President Trump’s Executive Order? Do you have family members trying to get here from abroad? Do you want to know if you can travel outside the country?

Come to an information session with the ACLU and the South Royalton Legal Clinic. We will discuss your rights under this new executive order, and what you can do if you are impacted.

We will be at the Old North End Community Center at St. Joseph’s School, 20 Allen Street, Burlington Vermont this Thursday February 2nd from 6-7:30.

We plan to have Somali and Arabic translators.

Sponsored by Vermont Legal Aid and the Burlington Parks and Recreation Department.

(This is an information session only about the practical effects of the order on non-citizens).
