The Randolph Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Jan. 31st for a proposed zoning amendment that will affect the Residential District which includes the Three Stallion Inn and Stock Farm properties. THIS HEARING STARTS AT 6:30 pm. It was incorrectly stated in an article in the January 19th Herald that the hearing started at 7:30 pm.
