Chocolate for Sweethearts: Feb 13, M 5-8 p.m. (3 hrs); $50 each
Spend Valentine’s Day Eve creating mouthwatering chocolate gifts for (or even with) your sweetheart. Participants will master the chocolate truffle and more. This workshop is facilitated by certified Executive Chef Jerry Prevost, a 26 year veteran culinary instructor at St. Johnsbury Academy and the 2016 Chef Educator of the Year for the northeast region of the US.
