Yoga for Mama - B.Y.O.B (Bring Your Own Baby)

Calling all new mamas, (first baby or fifth) come meet other local mamas, move your body and enjoy community in this safe, relaxed space. Saturdays 11:45am to 1:00pm. The focus of this class is you; your new body and your new baby. This is a time for reconnecting with yourself, sharing the experiences of new motherhood and spending a little time out of the "baby bubble".

Please bring; a couple of blankets to lay your baby on/wrap them in, a water bottle, a snack for yourself and an open mind. There is no such thing as a quiet baby yoga class! During this 75min gentle flow class there is space for nursing, feeding bottles, changing diapers and lots of laughter. This class is for babies 6 weeks old to 6 months old (pre-crawlers, please)

After class stay for the "New Baby Playgroup" (Saturdays 1 to 2pm)- together we will share ideas, questions and stories about where we are at this point in our motherhood journey. (Playgroup is $10 alone or free when combined with Baby Yoga class)
