I wanted to spread the word about a fun new event at Sleepy Hollow Ski Center called the Snowcross Relays on Saturday, February 11th, 10:00am start. It's a relay (or pursuit) style race combining winter trail running & cross country skiing. Racers can participate as individuals or teams in Kids (1k ski + 1k run), Beginner (2.5k ski + 2.5k run), and Advanced categories (5k ski + 5k run).

Outdoor enthusiasts of all abilities are welcome. The idea is to get you trying something new and having fun! Don't have your own equipment? Salomon reps will be on hand with demo skis, boots, poles, and Snowcross running shoes for you to borrow. We'll have chili and hot chocolate around the bonfire post race and a great gear raffle including 2 pairs of Salomon skis and 2 pairs of Salomon trail shoes.
