The third speaker of our Winter Series is Margaret Fowle, Conservation Biologist for Audubon Vermont. Her topic is "Bald Eagle and Peregrine Falcon Recovery in Vermont." She will discuss the natural history, population trends and recovery efforts for these raptor species in Vermont. Come learn about the success stories of two of the state's most threatened endangered species. This lecture is sponsored by the Stowe Free Library and is free of charge to the public. The talk will be held at the Town and Country Resort on the Mountain Road in Stowe at 1:30 pm on Wednesday the 25th, with refreshments after the talk.
