The Swanton Memorial Day Parade Committee has begun plans for the 2017 Swanton Memorial Day Parade. The event will begin at 2:30 pm on Monday May 29th and culminate with a cookout in the park.
We are looking for input on where to begin the parade and the route it will take to the Lady Liberty statue at the north end of the park. The last few years have been a challenge as the parade has grown and the route is a short distance.
We welcome any and all ideas and suggestions on how we can make this parade better than last year. And if you are interested in being the parade please respond here as well.
