While in Havana I
• attended a reception for Cuban-American musician Arturo O’Farrill, for whom i have worked for 5 1/2 years, at the US Ambassador’s residence
• photographed seven pairs of identical twins and one trio of identical triplets
• met the son of Che Guevara
• walked many miles, camera in hand, day and night
• attended numerous concerts
• considered getting a tattoo
• met with a curator at the Fabrica de Arte Cubano (Cuban Art Factory) about doing an exhibition in August
After i got back i dreamed in Spanish for a week."
