Adult Basics Classes meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm. All levels and abilities are welcome. Classes Begin on Monday, January 23rd. Visitors are always welcome to watch or try a class.

Youth/Family Classes on Mondays 4-5pm. Ages 7-12 (6 year olds are welcome if an adult caregiver participates).

Discover the beautiful and powerful Japanese martial art of Aikido. These classes introduces adult, families and youth to a dynamic martial art that emphasizes circular movement, physical conditioning, and pinning and throwing techniques. Training includes breath work to increase relaxation and awareness, and core conditioning to cultivate internal and external power. Youth classes include bully awareness and prevention training. Classes are taught by Benjamin Pincus, 6th dan, and Heidi Albright, 5th Dan, Shidoin. Study aikido with Central Vermont's only fully certified instructors.
