He is a frequent speaker on climate change issues around the state and has helped draft climate adaptation plans for Vermont. “Climate change is one of the many great challenges humanity faces this century”, shares Betts.

In this insightful talk, Betts maps out how global climate change is affecting Vermont and provides a review of the transformation already underway through a systems approach to land conservation and utilization.
