The East Montpelier Planning Commission's discussions this Thursday evening will include a presentation at 7:00pm on the Village Center Designation, and its benefits for our town and for village property owners. At about 7:45 we discuss progress on a build-out analysis with CVRPC staff, specifically what it tells us about development capacity in the village. The public is welcome at this, and all, Planning Commission meetings.
