Ok Moms, we know at some point we have all experienced some hard times -- that is why Becoming Honest About Suffering is the topic we at MOPS/MomsNext will be delving into this Thursday, January 19th. While this is something many women just do not talk about, we feel it is an important discussion to have. Carrol Showalter is a licensed therapist who will share about an increasing epidemic of depression and anxiety in women. She helps to normalize the feelings that so many women experience and provides tools & techniques about how to cope when we do. We will meet in the Library at Thatcher Brook Primary School at 6:30PM.
