Looking to experience a wonderful meal, live chamber music, and support the oldest community orchestra in Vermont right here in Central Vermont? The Vermont Philharmonic Orchestra is hosting a Chamber Pop-Up evening on Saturday, January 28, 6-9 pm in a cozy historic home on Sunset Road in Barre.

Vermont Chefs Dustin Smith and Evan Kendall will be featuring:

Roasted Heirloom Squash Soup with Herbed Creme Fresh
Garden Salad with Pomegranite Vinaigrette
Toasted Quinua with Lemon and Marinated Feta
Fig and Gogonzola Stuffed Pork Loin
Rosemary and Cracked Pepper Pomme de Terre
Home Made Pie with Almond Whipped Cream
A Selection of Wines will accompany the Meal.

Enjoy chamber music as it was meant to be enjoyed, in a comfortable, intimate setting. The program will include string quartets played by members of the Vermont Philharmonic Orchestra.

A limited number of tickets are available with a minimum of $100 contribution per ticket.
