Gather your family and friends for a day of winter magic. Revel in our shared love of snow, brisk air, pink cheeks, skiing, and heart-warming fires on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2017.

Rikert Nordic Center in Ripton is hosting the Nordic Rendezvous. The event begins with the BACK TO THE BARN TOUR:
x-c ski, FatBike or snowshoe on scenic trails filled with woodland magic. You will wax poetic when the trail leads you to the cabin where Robert Frost wrote, tucked on a hillside at the edge of a snowy wood. Along the way you will be refreshed and energized by stops offering hot trailside treats. Then, as dusk settles, follow the luminaries and gather around the bonfire with some mulled cider. Make your way to the Bread Loaf Inn for a buffet of hot soups and chili, breads, salads and dessert. Local wine, beer and hard cider will be available at a cash bar. The festivities conclude with a rollicking old-fashioned BARN DANCE with 'Honey in the Hive' in the historic Bread Loaf Barn where the great stone fireplace will be ablaze, keeping us toasty while we kick up our heels to the lively fiddle music.
