Governor David Zuckerman, Rights & Democracy VT, the Vermont Workers’ Center, Vermont Health Care For All, Rainbow Umbrella Political Action Group, Justice For All, Vermont Center for Independent Living, Vermont Progressive Party, Green Mountain Self-Advocates, Planned Parenthood Vermont Action Fund, SEIU Local 200 United, Vermont State Labor Council, AFL-CIO, Vermont Alliance of Retired Americans, Black Lives Matter Vermont, Main Street Alliance of Vermont Action Fund, Vermont Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals, and other communities across our nation in voicing our opposition to any effort to defund the health care system, end Medicare as we know it, slash Medicaid funding, and, ultimately, jeopardize the health care of America’s seniors, nursing home residents, the middle class, and low income families.
Our own Senator Sanders will be speaking at a solidarity rally in Michigan, but he will join us by video feed for a special address. Other speakers will include Lt. Governor Zuckerman and Dr. Deb Richter of Vermont Health Care For All.
