On Monday January 16th, a free community discussion will take place at CVMC about end-of-life planning and care. The dying process can be full of difficult decisions during a sensitive time. Have you thought about what might be important to you or your loved ones when the time comes?
Panelists include Cindy Bruzzese, executive director of the Vermont Ethics Network, and Dr. Jonna Goulding, director of Palliative and Spiritual Care at CVMC.
We'll discuss how to identify personal goals in end-of-life planning, Advance Directives, and other relevant topics. Educational resources will be available to attendees, and questions are welcome!
When: Monday, January 16th, 6:15pm - 7:45pm
Where: Central Vermont Medical Center, Berlin
