Yin Yoga Nidra

This 8 week yoga series combines Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Yin Yoga is a meditative, slow, integrative practice that focuses on sustaining postures. Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep and is a deeply restorative guided relaxation. We will move for a bit in the beginning, aligning body with breath, calming the mind, and circulating the blood; then, receive the benefits of these ancient arts.
