6-week, New Year Dance Series!

The Nia Technique is a high-energy, expressive dance practice that combines elements of Modern, Jazz and African dance, martial arts, and yoga-inspired moves. Nia (neuromuscular integrative action) engages body, mind and spirit to deliver a fantastic whole-body workout! As a low-impact aerobic dance combination, Nia is accessible for all ages and bodies. Prior dance experience is not required.

Dates: Wednesdays: 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22

Time: 5:30 – 6:30

Where: Pillar Pilates Studio (Corner of Rossiter & Church Streets) Brandon, VT

Cost: Drop in $12 or 6 classes for $60
