PUBLIC NOTICE MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – THURSDAY JANUARY 12, 2017
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the
Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:
1. Applicant Suzanne Mason Plante, on land owned by Jean Mason, requests §750 Final Plat Approval to create a lot line between the two existing houses at 380 & 382 Fitzgerald Road on parcel 13-147 in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.
2. Applicant/landowner Copley Professional Services Group, Inc. requests §500 Site Plan Approval to add the Health Care Facility use to parcel 24-19-7 at 609 Washington Highway for the construction of a 19,000 ft2 medical building in the §235 Special Use / Hospital Zone.
3. Treatment Associates requests the deletion of condition #9 of Site Plan Review Permit 2016-016 that required that day in which the doctor dispenses prescriptions be changed from Tuesday to Friday for its substance abuse clinic at the Mt. Vernon Lodge, parcel 21-043, at 65 Portland Street in the §205 Central Business Zone.
Said hearings will take place at 6:30 PM in the Tegu Building’s Community Meeting Room at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville. Members of the public are encouraged to attend these meetings. I hope to see some of you there!
