On Saturday, January 21, the Young Adventurers Club (a group hosted by the Green Mountain Club's Burlington Section) will meet at Mills Riverside Park (Rte 15 in Jericho) for a walk along the trails and through the woods. This is an opportunity for families and their youngest hikers to get out and explore the woods at a comfortable, playful pace. These trips focus on families getting out and having fun, rather than going fast or far. While the pace may be geared more towards younger adventurers (ages 2-8), everyone is welcome. If weather permits, we may also try a little sledding! Please RSVP to Michelle at colem2003@hotmail.com for more details. You need not be a GMC member to attend.
