Tabata/Zumba/Yoga-thon for a Cause
Are you ready to kick of the New Year with an incredible work out event? How about Tabata, Zumba and Yoga! And all for a great cause! Lora Miele is a member of Tedy Bruschi’s Marathon Team raising money for the American Stroke Association and training to compete in the 2017 Boston Marathon! Tedy’s Team supports The American Stroke Associations fight against stroke and honors both the survivors and the loved ones lost to American’s No. 5 leading cause of death.
Lisa Marks has run for The Dana-Farber Foundation and Marathon Challenge Team for 18 years! Since its founding in 1947, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Mass. has been committed to providing adults and children with cancer the best treatment available while developing tomorrow’s cures through cutting edge research. Lisa also in training for the 2017 Boston Marathon in April
Please join us at the Ludlow Community Center from Noon-2:00pm on Sunday January 22, 2017 to work out for a great cause. We will have three different instructors ready to show you one amazing afternoon!
Donations will be graciously accepted at the door.
So grab some friends and your water bottles and come for a total body workout while helping with our fund raising goals!
