Group Meditation at Zenbarn Studio

A meditation experience for anyone and everyone! Meditation is a wonderfully beneficial practice that exists in many cultures around the world. Using grounding meditation as the core, we will work with a variety of techniques from basic breathing meditation to mantra, pranayama, and more. Each class will be a unique experience!

Benj Spound, the practitioner, became interested in meditation in college and began studying and practicing in a variety of traditions including Buddhist, Hindu, Native American, and secular Mindfulness. This interest led him to India in 2012, where he became captivated by the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Since then, he has made several trips and traveled through Northern India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, and China, continuing to practice and study meditation, yoga, and philosophy. The impact it has had on his life and sense of well being inspires him to continue practicing and sharing these beautiful teachings with others.

Group Meditation will be offered weekly at Zenbarn Studio Monday evenings 6:45-7:45pm beginning Jan. 9th
