For anyone interested in the dissolution of Ward Five, the proposal to merge it with another ward will be part of a Charter Change consideration on Wednesday, Oct. 23, between 5:00 and 6:30 pm at City Hall. How the precinct will be a partial replacement for our Ward on the City Council, what will happen, for instance, to the "Fighting Five" Firehouse, and other neighborhood issues will be possible subjects to discuss.
