With Christmas behind us, are you looking for a sustainable way to get rid of your Christmas tree? Consider coming by the Pine Island Community Farm, located in Colchester, to drop off your tree for our goats to munch on all winter long. This is a family-friendly event where you and your children can meet the goats and grab some hot chocolate and cookies. Before bringing your tree, please ensure that it is completely clean from all decorations including tinsel.

Our two official drop-off days are Sunday, January 8th and Saturday, January 14th from 9am – 12pm. The farm is located at 1029 Pine Island Road (off Malletts Bay Road) in Colchester.

This year we will be asking for optional $5 donations to help support the farm. We look forward to seeing you there!
