Join the Halloween Bike Parade Sunday (10/27) and help control the traffic at intersections. Show up at 1:30 at the City Hall Park fountain (event starts at 2PM), and get your volunteer safety vest. Bring your bike; costumes are optional. Parade will be led and swept by the BPD. Kid-friendly event. After-party at Maglianero's. Food! Prizes!
