I’m writing to let you know about a great organization that I’ve been involved with for the past nine years. It’s a great group of people, I’ve learned a great deal about myself and become more flexible and fit. We are having a new year intro workshop and would love for you to join us. Aikido Intro workshop on Saturday, January 7th
Aikido of Champlain Valley

Discover the beautiful and powerful Japanese martial art of Aikido. This workshop introduces adults to a dynamic martial art that emphasizes circular movement, physical conditioning, and pinning and throwing techniques. The workshop includes a demonstration of Aikido weapons practice and a discussion of the philosophy of Aikido. Learn how aikido cultivates core power, relaxation and flexibility.
Workshop fee of $15 can be applied towards the cost of membership if you choose to join. 1-2:15pm on Saturday, January 7th.
