The East Montpelier Planning Commission is working on developing a Master Plan and updated zoning for East Montpelier Village. At our meeting on January 5 we will continue discussing allowable land uses in the proposed village districts with CVRPC staff. This discussion will be Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the Town Office, from 7:00 to 8:15 pm. The public is welcome at this, and all, Planning Commission meetings.
