Thursday Classic Races brought to you by

Join us as we bring winter fun back to Mt Ascutney with a Thursday night race series for skiers and snowboarders.
What: Paneled slalom weekly race series. You can race as an individual, on a team of four, or both. You will race two runs and your best run counts for both your team and as an individual. The three best runs on the team count towards the team points. Individual and team points will be accumulated for the year-end awards.
When: Thursday evenings during ski season. 4pm to 6pm training course, 6pm to 8pm race. Race season will begin as soon as there is enough snow hopefully Jan. 5th. 8 weeks of racing. Six of those races will count towards your end of the year points and prizes. Check www.ascutneyoutdoors.org and Ascutney Trails Facebook for season start date, changes due to snow conditions and weather etc.
Who: Open to everyone! Teams may consist of any combination of male, female, kids, adults, skiers (downhill, tele and cross-country) and snowboarders.
Where: At the awesome Ascutney Rope Tow at Ascutney Trails, Brownsville, Vt.
Cost: $45.00 per individual for the 8-week season. $10.00 per night if you come on a week-by-week basis.
Social Time: We have a wonderful new warming hut with a deck. There will be music, a grill for your BBQ yummy’s. Hang around and share your bragging rights.
