Through the generosity of the Cambridge Arts Council, the Varnum Memorial Library hosts a Vermont Humanities Book Group. We will be meeting on Saturday, January 14th from 3:00 - 5:00 to discuss Blanche Cleans Up by Barbara Neely. The series this winter is looking at American cultures through mystery novels. Blanche Cleans Up features a smart, sassy heroine and is a step into urban Black culture. Pick up a copy at the Varnum and join us for discussion and refreshments!
