Celebrating Creativity in Mental Health, Wellness and Recovery

Tickets are still available for Clara Martin Center’s “Celebrating Creativity in Mental Health, Wellness and Recovery” art/writing show and orchestra performance at Chandler Music Hall in Randolph on January 7, 2017. Tickets are only $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Go to www.chandler-arts.org/ticketing-information/ to purchase advance tickets.

The event will celebrate the agency’s 50th anniversary by featuring the talents of those who recognize mental health as an essential part of overall wellbeing at an art show opening and selected readings at 6:30pm, and a performance from the spectacular Me2/Orchestra at 7:30pm.

The exhibit features over 50 works of art from more than 30 friends of mental health. This is an opportunity for showcasing creativity in written and visual forms by people who are passionate about mental health.

Founded in Burlington, Vermont, the Me2/Orchestra is the only classical music organization in the world for people with mental illnesses and those who support them. Check out their inspiring film here http://orchestratingchangethefilm.com.

This event was made possible by the help of our generous donors: the Chelsea Health Center Board, The Jack and Dorothy Byrne Foundation, VT Digger, Rule Signs, the Frankenburg Agency, Lake Sunapee Bank, Randolph Rotary, Beacon Printing, GW Plastics, Magee Office Supplies and The Lyon’s Den Restaurant & Pub.
