Join us at the Davies Library in Waterford beginning in January for monthly discussions about mindfulness, simplicity! We’ll explore holistic ways to take care of ourselves physically and mentally through mediation, foods and herbs, decluttering, stress reduction and more.

Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness followed by an Introduction to Meditation -With Holistic Health Practitioner, Lillian Burrington-Jenks and Registered Hatha Yoga Instructor Nancy Cyr

January’s class will include tips and techniques form Ayuvedic Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine. We’ll also have some great healthy, nourishing and healing recipes to share.

Meditation refers to a broad variety of practices that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and develop love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. Please come join is to experience an array of meditation enhancers and the joy of group meditation.
