We invite you to join us on Tuesday, 12/27/16, as a small menorah is lit at 4:30. As we were closed on the first three days of Hanukkah, we'll be lighting four candles.
At the library, we strive to share traditions that further understanding between people, and help us live in peace, loving each other. May these candles, and similar lights glowing throughout our community, help to keep hope in our hearts.
All are welcome. We'll share traditional treats after the lighting, and a children's story (if children attend). Like our Tree of Remembrance lighting, we hope this will become an annual event.
