This deep winter retreat offers certification in Reiki I, taught and practiced in concert with a unique approach to dream exploration. It is designed for women who are seeking health, wellbeing and the integration of body, mind and spirit. Reiki is a gentle profound energy-based healing modality, easily learned and practiced on oneself and others. Participants explore dreams through speaking, writing, arts, improvisational exercises, and the practice of Reiki This retreat experience supports participants in lifting the veil between our busy minds and the wisdom of the unconscious, and provides life long tools for finding the sanctuary within. The retreat is held at Dream Haven of Vermont, a beautiful rustic cottage in Hyde Park, Vermont. Accommodations are optional.
