ALBURGH – The Islands in the Sun Senior Center will host the inaugural Free Christmas Day Dinner on Sunday, Dec. 25 from 1 to 3 p.m.

On the menu for this holiday feast is baked ham, scalloped potatoes, rolls and butter, homemade pies and drinks.

There is no charge for this festive event. Everyone is welcome to enjoy conversation with old and new friends, a delicious meal and wonderful, live holiday music!

Please RSVP so there is plenty of food for all, 802-372-4443. You can also call to volunteer.

Todd and Lisa Keyworth of Harborside Harvest Market will be preparing and donating the food. What a wonderful idea and how generous of the Keyworth family!

They organized this event with the amazing Irene Clarke of the Islands in the Sun.

While the meal is free, donations to the Alburgh Food Shelf will gladly be accepted!
