Enjoy a delicious meal from the Hindquarter at The Tandem Christmas Festival on Friday, December 23rd. Food served from 5 to 8 pm in Bristol between Tandem and the National Bank of Middlebury. Menu includes: Smoked Lamb Khao Soi with curried lamb, coconut and lemongrass broth, house made noodles, shallots, cilantro. Chicken & Biscuits with local chicken simmered with root vegetables and gravy, buttermilk biscuits. Grilled Cheese with raclette, quince paste, homemade bread. Yum!
