Christmas will be celebrated at 6pm on Christmas Eve – Saturday, Dec. 24 – at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Enosburg Falls. The festival service will feature a multitude of Christmas carols. In fact, all are welcome to come early at 5:30 for a carol sing – come and call out your favorite carols for the group to sing! Musician Ferdinand Lauffer will be at the organ.

The Christmas Creche will be displayed for children. Classic Christmas scriptures will be read, including Isaiah’s “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light,” and the Nativity Story from Luke’s Gospel. Pastor Titus Presler will preach. There will be Holy Communion, to which all are invited, regardless of your church background. The service will end with the singing of “Silent Night” by candlelight.

St. Matthew’s, established in 1853, is located at 323 Church St. in Enosburg Falls.
