Join the Rutland Heart Center for a comprehensive heart fair that will showcase the resources available to our community for heart health. Learn about the services that benefit patients with heart issues, including insight into diagnostic tests and procedures. Talk with professionals about the latest information on treatment and gain information on ways to support your healthiest heart possible! Exhibition booths include Cardiac Rehabilitation, Anticoagulation Clinic, Echocardiography, Stress Testing, Transitional Care, and Dietary. Rutland Heart Center nurses will be on hand to take blood pressures. Educational talks from cardiac specialists Laura M. Cohen, ACNP, ANP-BC, DNP, Adam Coleman, MD and Stanley Shapiro, MD, FACC, FASNC will also take place during the fair. Refreshments will be served.
