Third Annual Christmas Concert

On Thursday, December 22nd at 7:30 PM the beautiful Christmas Oratorio by Camille Saint-Saëns will be presented at the East Craftsbury Presbyterian Church by the church choir joined by five superb soloists and a professional orchestra of strings and organ. The soloists will be Martha Peck, Soprano, Mavis MacNeil, Soprano, Cara Hill, Alto, Skip Potter, Tenor, and Arthur Zorn, Baritone. The orchestra will include: Mary Rowell, First Violin, Alexander Romanul, Second Violin, Roy MacNeil, Viola, Annie Rowell, Cello, and Andrew Albright, String Bass. John Weaver will conduct this 45-minute work from the Estey reed organ console.

At the conclusion of the oratorio, Dr. Weaver will play some Christmas organ music on the church's Wicks pipe organ. A free will offering will be received to partially defray the expenses.

The concert is being repeated in response to the wide acclaim the past performances have received. All are invited to attend this outstanding event.
