First of all, I want to say a HUGE Thank You to all the people that came to the Project Joy Wrapping Party! We had over 20 people show up, and we wrapped over 200 gifts for the residents at Berlin Health and Rehab! Thank you all so much for making the day a success!
Now, on to the next two phases: Baking Goodies and Handing Out Gifts!
Baking
On Christmas Eve, I'll be making up small plates of goodies to give out to the residents on Christmas Day. If you'd like to donate any treats, that would be wonderful! You can drop them off (or I can come pick them up) on Friday the 23rd or Saturday the 24th. Just give me a call or send me an e-mail to coordinate (contact information below).
Gift Giving
If baking isn't your thing but you'd still like to help out, we could use some help handing out gifts on Christmas Day at 2pm. Even if you can only stay long enough to give gifts to one or two residents, that's still a big help, and it will brighten their day!
