Seth Jensen and Meghan Rodier from the regional planning office will be present to discuss the Village Center designation process for North Hyde Park Village - see benefits of designation here:

Greg Paus will report on a recent meeting regarding town energy plans. Specifically, how the local comprehensive plan (ours was last adopted in 2012 and is now being updated) must incorporate specific objectives & information in order to provide the town with "substantial deference" when providing the State with testimony regarding the impact of energy projects in Hyde Park.
