AGENDA

(1) Continuation of the public hearing held by the Planning Commission on November 15, 2016 to consider the recommendation made by the Design Review Committee for permit #16-76, Maxi-Green Inc. (Rite Aid) (parcel 23-50-52), requesting a permit to install storage container located in the Downtown Design Review District.

(2) Public hearing to consider permit 14-02-PRD(a), Ricki Marcelle (parcel 09-01-37), an amendment to permit 14-02PRD, to reduce the number of lots from 6 to 5 in an approved Planned Residential Development.

(3) Public hearing to consider the application of Robert Fuller, permit 16-01PRD (parcel 20-51-12.1) for a Planned Residential Development on North Street.

(4) Consider the nomination of Eric Forand for a second three-year term as Zoning Administrator and recommend to the Bristol Selectboard.

(5) Approval of minutes from the November 15, 2016 meeting

Copies of the complete zoning permit applications are available for review at the Bristol Town Office during regular business hours.

Public comments on tonight’s agenda items following the public hearings will be called for at an appropriate juncture. We will hear public comments on other topics at the conclusion of our evening’s deliberations.
