This Sunday the 18th from 9am to 11am is a free Ultimate Frisbee Clinic at the Shelburne Field House. Open to middle school and high school girls of any experience level. They will be doing some drills, mini games and “lots of throwing practice”. Please got to this web address to let them know you're coming:
