The East Montpelier Planning Commission is working on developing a Master Plan and updated zoning for East Montpelier Village. At our meeting on December 15 we will be discussing allowable land uses in the proposed Village Residential area with CVRPC staff. This discussion will be Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the Town Office, from 7:00 to 7:50 pm. The public is welcome at this, and all, Planning Commission meetings.
