The Hallers want to allow all those interested to come check out the historic white house at 123 Brookside Road. The Division for Historic Preservation has it that the house is Greek Revival/Italianate and is known as the J. Hazelton- Jackson House. The first part of which (from the road, the left hand side) being built in the 1830's, and the newer around 1900.
From the Division of HP, 1978:
" Originally the home of John Hazelton it has remained in the Hazelton family (Jackson married a Hazelton) for over 140 years This Vernacular Greek-Revival farmhouse received Italianate additions in the late 19th century and a new wing at the turn of the century".

Please park in the driveway or on the road, or walk up from the School. There are "Posted" signs around our property indicating the land that is NOT owned by us, so please respect that land owner's wishes.
