Come join us for Beginner Tai Chi in the Jericho Community Center as the weather cools off (If we get a warm day we meet in the Green). If you've gone before, come to enjoy an hour of this healthy and challenging moving meditation. If you've never been to the class, we welcome you to try it! All levels and ages are invited.
