The Friends of Gillett Pond held a meeting and brainstorming session at the end of November to discuss a second round fundraising initiative in support of the construction of a new Gillett Pond dam. The meeting was well attended and generated many good ideas for garnering support for this effort locally and beyond. But much more work and support is required. Come and get involved! The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday 12/15 at 7pm and will be held at the Huntington Library.
