Recording artist/ Producer/Songwriter, LSC faculty member. Derek Campbell will lead a guitar skills workshop at the Catamount Outback Artspace on Dec. 16th at 7pm.
Attendees should bring an acoustic guitar or an electric guitar with a small amp. The following guitar skills will be explored. - scales/modes; chord building/voicing;
chord progressions; voice leading; singing while playing guitar; alternative tunings; picking strumming and finger-style techniques; soloing: licks, runs, riffs, double-stops, tricks, etc. Open mic jam will follow workshop.
