If you like wine, enjoy good food, love small talk with cool folks, and want to support the Vermont GLBT+ community, come to Burlington City Arts for Uncorked for a Cause! This event is a wine auction with proceeds going to support the Pride Center, which is a community center in Burlington that works to support the GLBT+ community with a wide array of services. Many Winooskians may remember that they previously had their offices in Winooski before they grew out of their space.

The events of this past year have made many of the members of our community anxious about what the future holds for them and their friends and family. Supporting a local non-profit that works to help the people in your community is a great way to show your solidarity. It is an action you can take to help counter the negativity directed towards members of our community.
